Shipping policy

We do not ship oversees, we ship to Australian addresses only. Orders placed through a forwarding agent will be cancelled.

All orders placed from Monday to Thursday of items in stock will be shipped the next day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday of items in stock will be shipped on Monday.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped on the day of release if possible. If the day of release is on a Friday, pre-ordered items will instead be shipped the following Monday.

If your order contains both in stock items and pre-orders, your order will be held until the final release day of the pre-orders. 

In stock orders placed with the shipping option "Pick up in store" will be ready within 30 minutes of the time of the order. Pre-orders placed with the option "Pick up in store" will be ready at 10am on the day of release.

All orders placed have a flat standard shipping rate*.
